Angels By Day Nursery
Angels by Day Nursey recently got in touch with us after visiting the gallery on our website. They were looking to revamp this part of their play area with our play area flooring that included bright graphics.
What We Did
Nursery manager Fiona, gave us a call and spoke to one of our Technical Representatives. Describing the wetpour graphics she had liked on our website, they established a design. The Technical Representative then arranged to meet Fiona at the nursery for one of our FREE site assessment visits.
One of the surfacing designs that had caught Fiona’s eye on our website was the commonly requested, parking bays. It was initially planned that Angels by Day would have five parking bays incorporated within the play area flooring. But come the day, Fiona had a change of mind.
After approaching our ‘friendly’ site team near completion, Fiona requested that the fifth bay was to become a disabled parking bay. As Fiona printed out the emblem she had in mind, so that our skilled site manager was able to install it within the wetpour at the last minute.
What proved particularly challenging for our team, was the access to the nursery’s play area, as it was also the only entrance to get inside the nursery. This meant that the installation had to take place over the weekend, but bad weather delayed the team to the Monday. Without our site manager’s strategic planning, the children wouldn’t have gained access to inside the nursery on the Monday morning.
Fiona was over the moon with their new play area! So much so, she took the time to email us this lovely message
I’m emailing to say thank you and to give some extremely positive feedback about the installation of our fantastic new safety surface.
Your team battled with foul weather over three days to create a wonderful play area for our children.
All members of the team were professional and friendly, receptive to our ideas and seemed to genuinely want to do the best possible job for us. What has really made our play space special was the inclusion of a disabled parking bay as the result of spontaneous conversation with the site manager – nothing was too much trouble.
If you have any potential customers in the area that are dithering, they would be more than welcome to come and have a look at our setting – the photos on your website are great but not a patch on the reality!
With best regards,
