Following his successful tenure as Sales Director, Gary became the MD in 2021. Gary has been an integral member of the Billy Bounce team over the last 11 years. As the MD, Gary is responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to the board, ensuring that the company achieves its financial vision, mission, and long-term goals.

Daniel has been with the Billy Bounce family for the past 7 years, starting as an account manager and progressing to the role of commercial director in 2021. As a Commercial Director, Daniel is responsible for planning, improving, and implementing commercial strategies to support business development and growth.

Jamie is a highly skilled and experienced technical representative who has built an extensive expertise in rubber safety surfacing products, installation techniques, and maintenance procedures. Jamie conducts the majority of our site visits to assess the site, evaluate the client's needs and provide tailored solutions.

Ross transitioned from our sales department to our operations team, bringing with him a wealth of experience and customer-focused skills that are now being applied to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Ross works closely with our customers, acting as a crucial link between client needs and our operational capabilities. He effectively coordinates between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that projects are planned and executed to meet and exceed expectations.

As a sales and marketing executive, Laura uses her acquired industry knowledge to offer personalised quotes that cater to individual customer requirements. She provides excellent customer support by imparting valuable guidance to assist customers in making well-informed decisions. Additionally, she takes charge of maintaining the website and curating captivating content for blogs and social media platforms, ensuring an engaging online presence.

Laura is the Project Co-ordinator at Billy Bounce Ltd. As a Project Coordinator, she is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards. Laura works closely with the senior managers in the day to day management and organisation of the site teams.

Ryan is the newest addition to our sales department at RTC Safety Surfaces, bringing a fresh perspective and a dynamic approach to our sales strategies.
Ryan's role involves engaging with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that align with RTC's. core values. His enthusiasm and dedication make him a valuable asset to our team.

Rufus is the CMO at Billy Bounce. As Chief Morale Officer, Rufus is responsible for bringing joy and a sense of camaraderie to the workplace with his friendly and playful nature. His presence reminds us to appreciate the lighter side of life, contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.

Suzanne is the Finance Manager at Billy Bounce Ltd. She's been with the company for since 2020 and is responsible for managing the company's finances. Suzanne is highly skilled and works closely with the senior management team to ensure that Billy Bounce's financial goals are met. Suzanne is an essential member of the Billy Bounce team, and her expertise and dedication are critical to the company's ongoing success.

Jenny is the accounts administrator at Billy Bounce Ltd. Her role involves reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners, and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. She is responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and that the company's financial records are up-to-date.
